All payments made through this site are non-refundable with absolutely no exceptions, provided however, any session cancellations made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled time shall receive credit toward a rescheduled session.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
